Job Description

The Operational Excellence Manager will drive process improvement, standardization, and efficiency across Hub Pharmacy Operations. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with Patient Services Operations, Product & Engineering, and Data to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and enhance scalability, quality, and patient impact. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on executor skilled at translating operational needs into scalable processes and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Drive initiatives to improve pharmacy operational efficiency, quality, and scalability
  • Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and automation opportunities
  • Document end-to-end workflows and partner with Product and Engineering
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to delivery
  • Translate business needs into actionable plans
  • Develop key performance metrics and analyze trends
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence through standardized documentation
  • Define and demonstrate best practices across Pharmacy Operations

Requirements

  • 5+ years in pharmacy operations, healthcare operations, or process improvement
  • Proven ability to plan and execute multiple initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data interpretation
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Mission-oriented and passionate about data-driven solutions
