Job Description

Blink Health is seeking a Partner/Client Relationship Manager to manage relationships with their pharmacy network, focusing on strategic account management, supply chain optimization, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). The role involves proactive issue resolution and collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless pharmacy partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Supply chain optimization and issue mitigation
  • Serving as a point of contact for pharmacy partners
  • SLA definition, management, and performance monitoring
  • Contract management and optimization
  • Proactive issue resolution with internal team collaboration
  • Collaboration with Revenue/Growth, Product, Engineering, and other teams
  • Development of internal and external SOPs

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in management consulting, operations, or strategic account management
  • Pharmacy or healthcare tech experience preferred
  • In-depth understanding of supply chain dynamics
  • Experience with SLA management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving targets
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
