Job Description

Blink Health is seeking an experienced performance and project management leader to join their Patient Services Operations team. This role focuses on managing external partner relationships, driving performance excellence, and collaborating with other teams to improve customer experience within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with partner-based teams for customer service delivery
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders
  • Define long-term network and vendor strategy
  • Develop and optimize organization processes
  • Identify and drive improvement through scalable mechanisms
  • Triage issues and own resolution
  • Benchmark best practices and monitor compliance
  • Review and drive execution of contracts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience as Partner Manager for Outsourced Customer Service
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Skilled at negotiating agreements
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
