Job Description

Blink Health is seeking a strategic and execution-driven Senior Manager, Workforce Management to build and lead a team supporting 500+ agents across contact center and pharmacy operations. This role will focus on forecasting, planning, and scheduling to ensure service-level excellence while scaling efficiently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement workforce strategy
  • Oversee WFM processes (forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, real-time monitoring, reporting)
  • Partner with Operations, HR, and Finance for staffing models
  • Lead responses to real-time variances
  • Build WFM metrics dashboards and deliver insights
  • Collaborate with Product & Engineering for scalable WFM systems
  • Develop and mentor a WFM team

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of WFM experience, ideally in high-growth environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Math, Data Science, or related field
  • Strong data modeling and analytical skills (SQL, Excel, data visualization tools)
  • Problem-solving and execution skills
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Adaptability and resilience
