Job Description

Blink Health is seeking a Technical Writer to join their Knowledge Management & Communications team, responsible for all patient-facing content within Patient Services Operations. The role involves creating clear, compassionate, and actionable content to empower patients and ensure consistency across all communication channels, including Help Center articles, IVR messaging, and AI Agent training.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patient-facing support content
  • Write Help Center articles and train AI Agent
  • Design an intuitive Help Center structure
  • Craft sample messaging for agents
  • Design AI-ready content
  • Keep content fresh and relevant
  • Audit and refine Help Center content
  • Maintain and refine a style guide
  • Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and Digital Experience teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in Technical Writing, Content Strategy, Knowledge Management, or related field
  • Demonstrated experience with technical writing and work samples
  • Familiarity with AI conversational design
  • Strong ownership mentality and high-quality standards
  • Experience developing and following style guides
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
