Job Description

Blink Health is seeking a Workforce Management Forecasting & Capacity Planning Senior Analyst to drive workforce strategy, staffing, and performance across their contact center and pharmacy operations teams. This role focuses on building and maintaining accurate forecasts, translating them into staffing plans, and providing data-driven insights to leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain forecasts
  • Identify business drivers
  • Translate forecasts into staffing plans
  • Partner with Operations, Finance, and HR
  • Analyze trends and variances
  • Develop dashboards and reports
  • Support scenario modeling
  • Collaborate with Workforce Management and Product/Engineering
  • Contribute to scalable processes

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in forecasting, analytics, or related roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, Python, and data visualization tools
  • Strong quantitative reasoning and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Adaptable and proactive
