Job Description

Blink Health is seeking a UI Engineer/Architect to shape and scale the visual and interaction foundations of their digital ecosystem. This role involves building and evolving UI components, ensuring quality and consistency, maintaining the design system library, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve UI components
• Ensure quality and consistency through code reviews and implementation reviews
• Maintain and document the design system library
• Integrate design system components into existing products
• Partner with engineering teams and act as a mentor
• Prototype and explore new UI ideas

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in front-end or UI engineering
• Experience working on enterprise-scale software
• Prior contributions to a frontend design system
• Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, and modern front-end tooling
• Expert use of AI-assisted tools
• Proficiency in Figma
• Familiarity with Storybook
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and UI performance optimization
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
