Responsibilities

• Automate manual processes
• Influence cloud infrastructure decisions
• Take ownership of projects
• Improve system security, resilience, and performance
• Improve system observability and reliability
• Improve engineering workflows and tools
• Provide mentorship and code reviews
• Document processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in troubleshooting
• Linux expertise and networking knowledge
• Experience with multiple languages (Python, Golang, Bash, ReactJS)
• Experience with cloud providers (AWS preferred)
• Experience with K8s/EKS and HELM
• Understanding of operational metrics and dashboards
• Understanding of container technologies
• Experience with IaC tools (Pulumi, Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
