Blink Health is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional technology programs focused on making healthcare more affordable and accessible. The role involves partnering with engineering, product management, and business leadership to define strategy, drive execution, and deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive complex, cross-functional programs
• Translate business objectives into program goals
• Partner with leaders to define program strategy
• Identify and resolve dependencies and risks
• Implement scalable mechanisms for delivery predictability
• Streamline and enhance cross-team processes
• Measure progress and communicate status
• Mentor and coach other TPMs and engineers
• Foster strong partnerships across teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale programs
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with software engineering teams
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
