Job Description

Blink Health is seeking a Bilingual Cantonese Customer Support Specialist to resolve issues with patients, doctors, and insurers, providing patient care and support for pharma programs. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bilingual Cantonese required
  • High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Customer service or call center experience required
