Blink Health is seeking a Bilingual Korean Customer Support Specialist to resolve issues with patients, doctors, and insurers, providing support for pharma programs and ensuring excellent patient care. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bilingual Korean required
• High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Customer service or call center experience required
• Healthcare/pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Sound technical skills

• Technical aptitude
