Job Description

Blink Health is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Customer Support Specialist to resolve issues with patients, doctors, and insurers, provide patient care, and contribute to improving the patient experience. The role involves handling inbound calls, documenting information, and staying updated on product changes.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bilingual Spanish required
