Job Description

Blink Health is seeking a Bilingual Vietnamese Customer Support Specialist to resolve issues with patients, doctors, and insurers, providing patient care and support for pharma programs. The role involves meeting performance targets, documenting call information, and contributing to product improvement through feedback.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bilingual Vietnamese with strong English skills

  • Teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn software
