Job Description

Blink Health is seeking a Bilingual Vietnamese-Customer Support Specialist to resolve issues with patients, doctors, and insurers, provide patient care, and support pharma programs. The role requires strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and a passion for patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls to resolve issues
  • Provide patient care and triage to appropriate teams
  • Meet and exceed performance targets

Requirements

  • Bilingual Vietnamese required
  • High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Customer service or call center experience required
  • Healthcare or pharmacy experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
