Job Description

Blink Health is seeking a Call Center Specialist to resolve issues with patients, doctors, and insurers, provide patient care, and support pharma programs. The role involves handling inbound calls, documenting information, and contributing to product improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls to resolve issues
  • Provide patient care and triage when needed
  • Meet and exceed performance targets

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Customer service or call center experience required
  • Healthcare or pharmacy experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong technical aptitude
