Job Description

Blink Health is seeking a Patient Support Specialist to resolve patient, doctor, and insurer issues, provide patient care, and support pharma programs. The role involves handling inbound calls, documenting information, and contributing to product improvement through feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve inbound calls from patients, doctors, and insurers
  • Provide patient care and triage to appropriate teams

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Customer service or call center experience required
  • Healthcare or pharmacy experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
