Job Description

BlinkRx is seeking a People and Culture Partner to support their rapidly growing Pharmacy Operations team. This role will involve coaching frontline managers, supporting core HR processes, and fostering a positive, high-performance culture within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide coaching to frontline managers on employee relations and performance management
  • Review and approve corrective actions and performance improvement plans
  • Advise managers on performance and conduct-related feedback
  • Assist with employee investigations
  • Support responses to unemployment claims
  • Coordinate FMLA, LOA, and accommodation requests
  • Support new hire onboarding
  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Maintain offboarding records
  • Collaborate on employee engagement events
  • Support the annual performance review cycle
  • Drive change management and communication efforts
  • Leverage data insights to improve performance and engagement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of HR Business Partner or generalist experience supporting hourly employees
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR policies
  • Experience coaching new managers
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in pharmacy or healthcare settings preferred
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Ability to work independently and build relationships
