Fireblocks is seeking a Web Strategy Director to transform their website into a powerful demand generation engine and a definitive resource for digital asset infrastructure. This role will own the complete web experience, from technical infrastructure to conversion optimization, while leading SEO and emerging AI optimization strategies to drive measurable business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a data-driven web strategy
• Own key web metrics
• Own and execute enterprise-level SEO strategy
• Drive web strategy for AI-native discovery channels
• Oversee future localization strategy
• Collaborate with Brand and Design teams
• Lead website testing, experimentation, and personalization
• Evaluate and manage third-party vendors
• Oversee cookie management platform
• Lead and mentor a web strategy team
• Foster a culture of experimentation
• Conduct regular analysis to identify optimization opportunities

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive web strategy experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
• Proven track record managing enterprise websites
• Deep expertise in SEO
• Experience with AI optimization strategies
• Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, or technology companies preferred
• Experience managing localization strategies
• Advanced knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress)
• Advanced knowledge of web analytics platforms
• Proficiency with SEO tools
• Proficiency with Cookie Manager Platforms (OneTrust)
• Understanding of web development technologies
