Job Description

Fireblocks is seeking a Sales Director to scale their US Enterprise sales team, targeting mid-market accounts and working closely with Sales Engineers and Business Leaders. The role focuses on achieving revenue targets, building relationships, and prospecting within the rapidly growing blockchain and cybersecurity field.

Responsibilities

  • Achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Working with BDRs, Business Solutions, and GTM Team
  • Building and maintaining relationships with prospects and customers
  • Prospecting, territory, and account planning
  • Updating and maintaining the Fireblocks CRM

Requirements

  • 5 years of Enterprise SaaS or institutional sales experience
  • Experience selling into Crypto Native/Trading companies
  • Passion for blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
  • Experience in financial services, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency preferred
  • Experience with co-sell motions with technology partners preferred
  • Track record of over-achievement in enterprise sales
  • Entrepreneurial and relentless hunting attitude
  • Willingness to prospect and qualify new opportunities
  • Thrives in a team-selling environment
