Job Description

Fireblocks is seeking a Sales Director to scale their US Enterprise sales team, targeting mid-market accounts across the US. The role involves achieving revenue targets, building relationships with prospects and customers, and contributing to a rapidly growing company in the blockchain and cybersecurity field.

Responsibilities

  • Achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Working closely with BDRs, Business Solutions and GTM Team
  • Building and maintaining relationships with prospects and customers
  • Prospecting, territory, and account planning
  • Updating and maintaining the Fireblocks CRM

Requirements

  • 5 years of Enterprise SaaS or institutional sales experience, selling into Crypto Native/Trading companies
  • Passion for blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
  • Experience within financial services, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency is preferred
  • Experience formalizing and supporting co-sell with technology partners is preferred
  • Track record of over-achievement in enterprise sales
  • Entrepreneurial and relentless hunting attitude
  • Willingness to prospect and qualify new opportunities
  • Thrives in a team-selling environment
  • Track record of success and closing complex deals within the financial services or fintech sectors
