Job Description

Fireblocks is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to equip sales teams with the necessary resources for growth and success. This role involves designing, developing, and improving sales organization performance through training, content, tools, and knowledge management, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain enablement content
  • Develop educational content for training programs
  • Update materials for new products
  • Partner with Sales, Partnerships and Marketing
  • Build learning paths and certifications
  • Maintain knowledge management tools
  • Develop and optimize enablement programs
  • Determine enablement priorities
  • Communicate enablement strategy
  • Gather feedback and iterate on strategy
  • Deliver onboarding and training programs
  • Lead training sessions and workshops
  • Manage enablement tools
  • Evaluate and implement new platforms
  • Oversee logistics for trainings

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales, Enablement, or L&D
  • Strong understanding of the sales environment
  • Experience with content and learning management systems
  • Docebo experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with Digital Asset market is preferred
  • Experience with “Command of the Message” or MEDDPICC is preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to build strong relationships
  • Fast learner and self-directed
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
