Job Description

Fireblocks is seeking a Sales Excellence Manager to equip sales leaders and reps with the necessary resources to drive growth. This role involves designing, developing, and improving sales organization performance through enablement programs, content creation, and training initiatives. The manager will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to enhance rep productivity and success.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain enablement content
  • Develop educational content for training programs
  • Identify enablement priorities and communicate strategy
  • Deliver onboarding and training programs
  • Manage enablement tools and vendor selection
  • Gather feedback and iterate on enablement strategy
  • Use performance data to identify skill gaps

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales, Enablement, or L&D
  • Strong understanding of sales content, tools, and training
  • Experience with content and learning management systems (LMS)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Fast learner and self-directed
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
