Job Description

Fireblocks is seeking a strategic Director of Salesforce to lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of their entire CRM ecosystem. This role will ensure global Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success organizations effectively leverage Salesforce for commercial growth and operational efficiency, serving as a key technical and strategic interface to executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the global Salesforce roadmap
  • Serve as a liaison to C-Suite and VP-level leaders
  • Oversee Salesforce architecture, design, and deployment
  • Lead and manage internal and external Salesforce teams
  • Drive continuous improvement in business processes
  • Lead change management programs
  • Leverage AI technologies to enhance business processes

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Salesforce architecture, administration, and development experience
  • 3+ years of managing technical Salesforce teams
  • Experience with high-growth B2B companies (FinTech, SaaS, or Blockchain preferred)
  • Deep expertise in Sales Cloud and CPQ
  • Strong communication and consulting skills with executives
  • Understanding of data security and compliance
  • Active Salesforce certifications
