Cresco Labs is seeking a highly analytical Finance Manager to support financial planning and analysis for their retail operations, providing insights to drive performance and profitability. The role requires a strong background in retail finance, data analytics skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with commercial operations and finance teams
• Streamline processes and enhance financial visibility
• Support budgeting and forecasting for retail operations
• Prepare reporting packages for leadership
• Monitor key retail metrics
• Provide financial modeling for decision making
• Collaborate with accounting for month-end close

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or financial analysis
• Experience in multi-unit retail environments preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret data and communicate insights
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
