Cresco Labs is seeking a highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning and analysis for their retail operations, providing actionable insights to drive performance and profitability. The role requires a strong background in retail finance, data analytics skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with commercial operations and finance teams
• Streamline processes and enhance financial visibility
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Develop and maintain financial models
• Analyze financial results and variances
• Prepare reporting packages for leadership
• Monitor key retail metrics
• Leverage data sets to provide insights
• Review and validate accrual activity
• Collaborate with accounting for month-end close
• Provide support to the FP&A team
• Manage multiple deliverables simultaneously

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 3–5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or financial analysis
• Experience in multi-unit retail environments preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent organizational skills
