Job Description

Cresco Labs is seeking a Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support the Wholesale FP&A team by providing comprehensive financial insights and support to drive business performance. The ideal candidate will excel in reporting, data analytics, and financial modeling to support strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations and finance teams to understand facility cost drivers
• Provide insights on cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution costs
• Develop and maintain financial models
• Analyze financial results and variances
• Build relationships with divisional and corporate leadership
• Review and validate accrual activity
• Support the monthly close process
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting
• Provide support to the FP&A team in data collection

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 3+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or financial analysis
• Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience preferred
• Cannabis industry experience is a plus
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret complex data
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills
