Job Description

Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent to provide on-site cultivation for medical cannabis gardens. The role involves daily plant care, monitoring plant health, maintaining quality control, and ensuring a clean production area. This position is crucial for maintaining plant health and contributing to the overall success of the cultivation team.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily plant care (watering, pruning, monitoring)
• Assist in transplanting plants
• Prune plants for optimal growth
• Monitor room conditions
• Assist with harvesting
• Maintain accurate records
• Maintain a clean work environment

Requirements

• Experience in production, preferably regulated
• Experience in horticulture, agriculture, or cannabis cultivation preferred
• Basic knowledge of plant biology preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow SOPs
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be 21 years or older
