Job Description

Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent to join their facility, responsible for on-site cultivation of medical cannabis gardens. This role involves monitoring plant production, maintaining plant health through watering, pruning, and trimming, and ensuring quality control and cleanliness of the production area.

Responsibilities

• Pruning, topping, and trimming plants
• Moving plants and Rockwool
• Transplanting plants
• Maintaining a clean and safe cultivation facility
• Cleaning cultivation equipment
• Tracking plants and documenting information

Requirements

• Two years of production experience, preferably in a regulated field
• Effective time-management skills
• Ability to work in varying indoor and greenhouse climates
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be 21 years or older
