Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Manager to oversee cultivation operations, focusing on Veg, Indoor, and Greenhouse operations. The role involves leading site projects, coordinating departments, and connecting with corporate/external resources, requiring strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all cultivation tasks and processes
• Manages day-to-day cultivation operations
• Manages and trains a cultivation team
• Maintains and audits SOPs & KPIs
• Serves as a resource for cultivation staff
• Delegates tasks and conducts inventory checks
• Executes cultivation procedures and nutrient protocols
• Adheres to Cresco Labs cultivation methods
• Ensures employee training and development
• Schedules preventative maintenance
• Develops and deploys garden schedules
• Tracks consumable inventory
• Assists with strain planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
• 3+ years commercial agriculture/manufacturing experience
• Cannabis cultivation experience required
• 3+ years managing an hourly workforce
• Strong leadership and business sense
• Experience with grow mediums and irrigation methods
• Knowledge of crop management
• Advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of plant diseases and pests
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be 21 years or older
