Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Manager to oversee cultivation operations, manage site projects, coordinate departments, and connect the site with corporate resources. The role requires leadership, decision-making, and a focus on documentation, training, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all cultivation tasks and processes
• Manage day-to-day cultivation operations
• Manage and train a cultivation team
• Maintain and audit SOPs & KPIs
• Respond to staff questions and resolve conflicts
• Delegate tasks and conduct inventory checks
• Execute cultivation procedures and nutrient protocols
• Adhere to Cresco Labs cultivation methods
• Ensure employee training and development
• Schedule preventative maintenance
• Develop and deploy garden schedules
• Track consumable inventory
• Assist with strain planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
• 3+ years commercial agriculture/manufacturing experience
• Cannabis cultivation experience strongly preferred
• 3+ years managing an hourly workforce
• Strong leadership and business sense
• Experience with grow mediums and irrigation methods
• Knowledge of crop management
• Advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of plant diseases and pests
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be 21 years or older
