Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Supervisor to manage day-to-day actions of cultivation staff and processes, focusing on the mother room, propagation, and vegetative departments. The role involves ensuring plant health, coordinating with the Cultivation Manager, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage cultivation staff and processes
• Oversee mother room, propagation, and vegetative departments
• Ensure proper documentation of activities
• Coordinate cultivation calendar execution
• Maintain plant health through pruning, trimming, and analysis
• Coordinate pest management practices
• Monitor employee hours and schedules
• Maintain compliant plant inventory

Requirements

• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
• Advanced knowledge of plant cultivation
• Experience managing agents and operations
• Computer literacy in word processing and database management
• Knowledge of medical cannabis policy and law
• Two years of managerial experience
• Proficiency in Windows-based software
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
