Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager to support production and manufacturing facilities. This role involves managing operations, projects, and ensuring departments have necessary resources to meet production goals.
Responsibilities
Manage engineering projects
Supervise the maintenance team
Support project assignments and punch lists
Implement and manage preventative maintenance systems
Assist in reviewing contracts and proposals
Manage materials and equipment purchases
Maintain vendor relations
Coordinate outside contractors and inspections
Requirements
3-5 years relevant technical experience
Experience with electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics
Advanced MS Office skills
Knowledge of OSHA requirements
Flexible and hands-on approach
Excellent organization and communication skills
CAD Modeling skills
Experience in a regulated environment is a plus
Project/maintenance/engineering team leadership experience preferred
