Job Description

Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of their production facility. The supervisor will manage a team of technicians and ensure all systems are functioning properly, requiring strong leadership and technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate building inspections and facility projects
• Manage and delegate work to maintenance technicians
• Develop inspection schedules for HVAC, lighting, and premises
• Ensure building systems are operational
• Supervise external vendors and contracts
• Maintain inventory of supplies
• Monitor utility usage
• Assist with troubleshooting
• Maintain facility key organization
• Maintain maintenance logs

Requirements

• 3+ years of industrial facility maintenance experience
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
• Ability to read machine prints
• Experience in a production environment
• HVAC certification preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to manage multiple projects
