Job Description

Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of their facility, ensuring it's maintained for production and manufacturing operations. The role involves supervising Facility Maintenance Technicians, coordinating work orders, and handling various maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building inspections and projects
• Delegate tasks to maintenance technicians
• Develop inspection schedules
• Maintain building systems (lighting, HVAC, security)
• Repair mechanical equipment
• Maintain performance logs
• Handle electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry
• Manage vendor relationships (landscaping, snowplow, HVAC, MEP contractors)
• Maintain inventory of supplies
• Monitor utility usage and manage building energy
• Troubleshoot and solve problems

Requirements

• 3+ years of industrial building maintenance experience
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to read machine prints
• Ability to work under pressure
• Effective communication skills
• Experience with piping systems and electrical installations
• Relevant technical knowledge
• HVAC certification preferred
• Experience in a production environment
