Job Description

Cresco Labs is seeking an Edibles Product Agent to support the production and packaging of infused edible products. The Agent will perform tasks related to prepping, cleaning, cooking, labeling, and operating basic production machinery, ensuring adherence to state and Cresco Labs standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist kitchen staff in production
• Execute batch production
• Adhere to manufacturing procedures
• Troubleshoot quality control issues
• Maintain a clean and safe production environment
• Assist with labeling and packaging
• Complete sanitation of equipment
• Assist with cross-departmental tasks

Requirements

• 2 years of production experience (regulated field preferred)
• Experience in a production kitchen is a plus
• Understanding of recipes and kitchen sanitation
• Strong task-management skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be 21 years or older
