Job Description

Cresco Labs is seeking an Edibles Product Agent for their growing facility to support the production and packaging of infused edible products. The Agent will perform tasks related to prepping, cleaning, cooking, labeling, and operating basic production machinery, ensuring adherence to state and Cresco Labs standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist kitchen staff in production of cannabis-infused food products
• Execute batch production
• Adhere to manufacturing formula standard operating procedures
• Troubleshoot issues to ensure quality control
• Maintain a clean and safe production environment
• Assist with labeling, packaging, and tracking edibles
• Sanitize production equipment and tools
• Assist with cross-departmental training

Requirements

• Two years of production experience, preferably in a regulated field
• Experience in a production-heavy kitchen is a plus
• Understanding of recipes, food production, and kitchen sanitation
• Strong task-management and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be 21 years or older
