Job Description

Cresco Labs is seeking a full-time Facility Manager to oversee all shift operations including Processing, Packaging, Manufacturing, Food Production, and Order Fulfillment, ensuring consistent product delivery and continuous improvement. The Facility Manager will be responsible for shift activities, personnel management, and reporting to the Facility Director.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for P&L performance
• Lead operational management teams
• Ensure facilities meet regulatory standards
• Plan and monitor daily operations
• Improve efficiencies between departments
• Manage team welfare and provide training
• Lead management meetings
• Address policy violations
• Report to Facility Director
• Ensure KPIs are met
• Coach operations team
• Maintain fast pace and attention to detail

Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in Operations Management
• Experience in warehouse/production line environment
• GMP/SQF/OSHA/ISO experience
• Experience in a regulated environment
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Strong multitasking ability
• Strong project management skills
• Experience creating systems and processes
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Windows-based software
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
