Job Description

Cresco Labs is seeking a Lead Packaging Agent for the 2nd shift to execute tasks assigned by management, ensure product quality through measurement, packaging, and labeling, and lead and motivate a team. The role involves maintaining a sanitary work environment and operating packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned tasks
• Detect and report errors
• Measure, package, and label products
• Create labels and PWOs
• Prioritize tasks based on schedule
• Lead and motivate team
• Ensure product quality
• Check POs and attach manifests
• Stage packaging materials
• Maintain a sanitary work environment
• Transport products safely
• Operate and troubleshoot equipment

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership experience preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Effective time-management skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Proficiency in windows-based software a plus
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must comply with industry regulations
