Job Description

The Lead Order Fulfillment Agent ensures all orders are properly tracked in the seed-to-sale system and internal sales portal, resolving discrepancies and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role involves leading and training staff, creating manifests, and coordinating inventory procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a role model and resource for production staff
• Creates and updates delivery manifests
• Reviews incoming product manifests
• Completes required paperwork
• Resolves data discrepancies
• Coordinates with management for accurate documentation
• Ensures compliance with cannabis laws
• Coordinates inventory-tracking procedures
• Assists with onboarding and training new hires
• Reflects inventory accurately in tracking systems
• Performs compliance checks on finished goods
• Maintains safety standards

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced production environment
• Experience training or leading staff preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
• Experience with point-of-sale applications preferred
• Knowledge of medical cannabis law preferred
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be 21 years or older
