The Order Fulfillment Agent is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing finished goods for dispensary orders, ensuring compliance with company standards and state regulations. This involves retrieving products, verifying labels, matching counts, and staging orders for delivery.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing finished goods
• Using an order picker
• Confirming batch labels
• Matching products to manifests
• Toting and sealing orders
• Staging outgoing orders
• Supporting other areas of operation as needed

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Organizational skills
• Effective communication skills
• Time-management skills
• Basic Excel, Word, and computer knowledge
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be 21 years or older
