Job Description

The Order Fulfillment Agent is responsible for picking, processing, and packaging customer orders accurately and in compliance with quality standards and state regulations. This role collaborates with Order Fulfillment Lead agents to ensure order accuracy and completeness.

Responsibilities

• Confirming packaging and marketing labels
• Creating compliance labels using POS system
• Applying compliance labels to products
• Confirming product unit counts and compliance labels
• Toting and sealing finished orders
• Placing customer orders based on logistics and inventory

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Effective communication and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic Excel, Word, and computer knowledge
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be 21 years or older
