Cresco Labs is seeking an Order Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee the efficient and accurate fulfillment of sales orders and assist with logistics. This role involves coordinating delivery routes and schedules, training staff, and ensuring adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Training and onboarding staff
• Tracking vehicle maintenance
• Monitoring SOPs
• Implementing new SOPs
• Taking attendance
• Conducting meetings
• Recordkeeping
• Problem-solving inventory discrepancies
• Overseeing manifest accuracy
• Collaborating with Sales
• Approving timecards and time off requests
• Interviewing candidates

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Inventory Management, Logistics, or similar
• 2+ years’ experience managing teams
• Strong attention to detail
• Organizational skills
• Effective communication skills
• Time-management skills
• Computer knowledge (Excel, Word)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be 21 years or older
