Job Description

Cresco Labs is seeking a Service Desk Specialist I to provide support services for corporate, retail, and operation teams. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, delivering personalized service, and assisting with technology projects. The position includes an on-call rotation and reports to the Service Desk Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Handle initial IT issue triage and troubleshooting
  • Assist end-users via remote tools
  • Log and document incidents in ITSM system
  • Assist with password resets and account management
  • Contribute to knowledge base development
  • Support office technology
  • Assist with asset management
  • Participate in on-call rotation

Requirements

  • Experience in technology or customer service
