Job Description

The ACLU is seeking an Undergraduate or Graduate Intern to support the Affiliate Support and Nationwide Initiatives Department's Organizational Management, Equity & Inclusion Team. The intern will collaborate to meet the needs of affiliate staff through learning programs, tools, and resources, and will contribute to designing and implementing improved systems for resource sharing across the ACLU network.

Responsibilities

  • Compile and organize resource banks
  • Brainstorm and develop tools and trainings
  • Research best practices for training and resource libraries
  • Draft project plans and deliverables
  • Support convenings and track impact metrics

Requirements

  • Experience with project management and resource building
  • Experience with user-focused design of learning programs
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to the ACLU's mission and equity/inclusion principles
