Job Description

SpecterOps is seeking a Marketing Operations & Automation Manager to unify marketing automation and data reporting. This role focuses on Marketo automation, analytics, and lead scoring to ensure a data-driven marketing engine, bridging RevOps, SalesOps, and Growth Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Marketo end-to-end, including program design and lead routing
  • Implement and maintain lead scoring models
  • Design and execute automated campaigns
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards in Tableau or Power BI
  • Develop and implement forecasting models and attribution frameworks
  • Own data quality and integration integrity
  • Serve as Marketing’s technical stakeholder with RevOps/SalesOps
  • Support field marketing and campaign teams

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years in Marketing Automation and Marketing Ops/Data
  • Expert-level Marketo experience
  • Proficiency in Tableau/Power BI
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Experience aligning technical solutions with GTM strategies
  • Desire to embody core values
