Job Description

Canonical is seeking a Sales Director to drive partnerships for licensing and embedding Ubuntu and Ubuntu Pro into software and SaaS solutions with ISV accounts. The role involves leading customer relationships, identifying strategic partnerships, and collaborating with various teams to exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Drive embedded support and licensing sales with ISVs

Requirements

  • Exceptional academic track record
  • Undergraduate degree in a technical subject
  • Strategic relationship building skills
  • Passion for technology and experience with software/SaaS, Linux, open source, cloud models
  • Experience with lead generation and business development
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to leadership and mentorship
  • Ability to travel internationally
