Requirements

• Software engineering background, preferably with Python and C++
• Experience with scale-out storage clusters on Linux, preferably with Ceph
• Experience developing and growing people
• Interest in building products that improve software and infrastructure
• Knowledge of software development
• Experience leading, managing, coaching, and mentoring software developers
• Experience in an agile development environment
