Job Description

Canonical is seeking a Regional Sales Renewal Team Manager in North America to lead the renewals team. The role involves building and executing territory plans, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving revenue growth through renewals and new business development within the Americas region, focusing on enterprise open source solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute territory plans
  • Allocate territory and accounts to sales representatives
  • Prioritize new logo accounts
  • Monitor pipeline development
  • Support contract closure
  • Work with customer success for growth opportunities
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce
  • Represent the company and its solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (engineering or computer science preferred)
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Experience with open source technology
  • Detail-oriented with planning and reporting skills
  • Enterprise software sales experience
  • Track record of achieving sales targets
  • Self-discipline and motivation
  • Professional English communication skills
  • Ability to travel
