Job Description

Canonical is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to lead their enterprise sales, sales development, partner, channel, alliance, customer success, and field engineering teams. This role reports to the CEO and focuses on driving sustainable growth through strategic planning, operational execution, and inspirational leadership within a global, distributed organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop go-to-market strategy
  • Create execution plans and metrics
  • Review data and adjust course
  • Support closing large deals
  • Share customer and partner insights
  • Supervise recruitment and onboarding
  • Design career and skills development
  • Foster a positive company culture

Requirements

  • University degree (CS/STEM preferred)
  • Progressive leadership experience in high-growth tech
  • Experience leading sales/partnership/field engineering organizations
  • Insights into enterprise software/infrastructure markets
  • Software engineering/architecture experience (valued)
