Job Description

Canonical is seeking a Graduate Customer Success Manager to join their growing team. This role focuses on ensuring a positive experience for new Ubuntu users through problem-solving, onboarding, and enablement. The CSM will develop trust with customers, identify risks, and collaborate with other teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Support customers by finding solutions to ticket requests
  • Enrich documentation for problem-solving and onboarding
  • Drive customer campaigns through digital touchpoints
  • Identify high-potential and high-risk customers
  • Onboard new customers to products like Ubuntu Pro, MAAS, and Landscape
  • Collaborate with Sales and Support on engagement plans
  • Engage with customers to identify risks
  • Collect and format customer feedback for the product team
